Good to know
These rules keep our homes comfortable for every guest who stays in them, and protect the properties between visits. We ask that you read them before you arrive. If anything is unclear, or your circumstances need a little flexibility, please get in touch. We would far rather talk it through than have you guess.
We host a minimum of 2 nights at every property. Shorter stays cannot be booked online. If your plans call for a single night, please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
All of our properties are strictly non smoking. Guests who wish to smoke are asked to do so outside, well away from doors and windows, and to dispose of any waste responsibly.
Parties, events and gatherings beyond the number of guests on the booking are not permitted. We value our relationships with neighbours and ask that noise is kept to a considerate level, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We are unable to welcome pets at this time. If you are travelling with an assistance animal, or your circumstances are exceptional, please contact us before booking so we can review the request properly.
Only the guests named on the booking may stay overnight. Please let us know in advance if you expect daytime visitors so we can make sure access arrangements are in order.
A security deposit may be held against your stay and is returned after check out, subject to a satisfactory inspection. The cost of any damage or excessive cleaning will be deducted from that deposit. Please tell us about breakages or accidental damage as soon as they happen. Reporting an accident promptly is always treated more favourably than leaving it to be discovered.
